During my time as an undergraduate business student, I spent two years volunteering at the Columbus (Ohio) Metropolitan Library Homework Help Center. As a volunteer at the Homework Help Center, I assisted students (often English Second Language) with homework. I was able to promote an environment conducive to learning and to incentivize students to complete their work with little distraction.
