I have been working in the childcare field for 7 years from the ages of 6 weeks - 14 years old. I am studying for my CDA credentials. I am open to working amongst a family, part time or occasional babysitting next to my current job. I am organized, efficient, creative, and calm, with a learn through play mentality. I believe that redirection tactics, active teaching and role modeling, communication, problem solving, progressive comprehension, and decision-making skills help children to be able to learn and develop at their best! This approach creates an environment for children to learn social, emotional, and cognitive skills in their everyday lives. been working in the childcare field for 6 years from the ages of 6 weeks - 14 years.
