I wanted very much to hire Catelin and the first time she was to come to meet us she told me that she was sick. Then she contacted me and told me that our needs were a perfect match and was going to come on a morning to meet us and help get my mom up out of bed that morning and do her morning routine as a trial. She texted me 30 minutes before she was to arrive that she wasn't coming. Left us without a caregiver and I can't physically transfer my mom or get her out of bed.
