Hello!! Here is a little bit about me... I am currently an Elementary teacher in Comstock Park. I've taught Kindergarten, and now I'm on my second year of teaching Fifth grade! I have loved kids since I was a little girl. From playing dolls, to playing teacher, to babysitting, to nannying, I've always had a passion for working with kids. This passion even lead me to live in Africa for a year working in an orphanage with vulnerable children. I have experience with infants to teenagers as I was also a middle school youth group leader at my church in Zealand (my hometown) for 6 years. When I moved back from Africa, I attended GVSU and got my bachelors degree in Education. I have enjoyed being a teacher and building relationships, but I am ready to pursue a job outside of the classroom.
