About Casey

Hi! My name is Casey. Upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin (hook 'em!) I began working in HR remained there for nearly 5 years until I was laid off in January. As a caregiver, I'm an empathetic listener who builds strong relationships with others and is able to deliver on routines that bring consistency to the kids lives. I am also able to provide unique learning opportunities to the kids by balancing fun and discipline. My #1 motto as a caregiver is "Safety First!" I like working with kids because they bring me energy. It's rewarding being able to have a positive impact on the world's next generation. Seeing the light bulb go off in their head when they learn something new brings me joy! In my spare time, I like to get outside and be active. I'm in a LGBTQ+ beach volleyball league. I love hiking, playing pickleball, and exercising. I also enjoying game nights and themed-movie nights at home with friends.
