I have 16 years of running a small business and being involved in various organizations. Skills include general errands, caregiving to people, spaces, and pets, planning and making arrangements, organization, big picture thinking to executing details. I am a Somatic Movement Guide with many years experience teaching and guiding people through physical practice. This translates to an ability to be present with people from many walks of life, in all types of situations, hold space for their process and intuit where I can be of service.
