About Carrie

I have been a adjunct professor for the past 18 years. I also teach at a private dance studio ages 3 through adult seniors. I love to stay active and I'm extremely goal oriented. I am excellent at organizing, running errands, child/senior care, pet care, setting and managing appointments, cooking, cleaning, or basically anything else an assistant might do. I am a registered massage therapist and Zumba instructor. I crave variety and excel when it comes to challenging situations. I sometimes substitute teach in the Carrollton Farmers Branch school district... so I have had an extensive background check and my finger prints are on file with the district. My Grand Mother suffered with dementia, and I helped with her care briefly. She has passed now and I really miss the "experienced" knowledge she passed along. I think I am the ideal candidate for a senior care provider/companion because I am young enough to be able to physically handle the demands of elderly care, yet mature enough to understand the importance of the quality of life and nurturing that comes with it.
