I have worked in childcare and education for over 20 years. I have been working for a wonderful family in Lexington for the past 3 years, and their youngest just turned 13 and no longer needs my care. I worked an Instructional Asst. for the town of Lexington and worked at the elementary level. I have worked in both private and corporate daycare and I am MA DECE certified in all age groups. Carol is AMAZING! Any family would be so fortunate to have her calm, supportive, caring and loving energy as part of their day. I worked with Carol in Lexington and she is a dream to have in the classroom. She understands kids and supports every child with love and structure giving them what they need.
