Carolin accepted the position and was given directions with a specific number to contact if there were any problems. Caroin was told to contact us and never did and did not show on multiple days. We also gave Carolin ample opportunity to provide care, but Carolin did not quickly respond. There is a Safety Concern because the person requiring the care needs a caregiver available to handle basic, yet important needs. We do not recommend Carolin and would not hire again.
