Hello! My name is Caroline. I'm currently a special education teacher in Ridgefield, CT and I have 3 years of full-time teaching experience working with students with special needs. I cannot wait for summer and being out side! I would love to spend time outside with any child that I work with over the summer as well as come of up with creative, fun activities. I am extremely patient and understanding of all children, especially those with special needs. I have experience with the following exceptionalities: - Autism - ADD/ADHD - Intellectual Disabilities - Down Syndrome - Cerebral Palsy - Emotional Disabilities. I have previously nannied for a child with Autism and loved getting to spend time with children outside of school. I implemented the behavior plan designed by the students' behavior analysts with fidelity while creating a positive, fun environment.
