About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline, a 24-year-old with a passion for childcare. As the 4th of 5 kids, I've been surrounded by the joy and responsibility of caring for children since a young age. From babysitting at 12 to nannying throughout my teenage years, I've accrued over a decade of experience. While the last 3 years were spent in corporate America, I recently found myself in transition after a layoff. Now, as I search for my next role, I'm eager to reconnect with my love for childcare. I'm CPR certified and have cared for newborns to college-aged kids, even managing a family of 6 kids at once. I'm excited to bring my expertise and nurturing nature to families in the area. I like working with kids because I love to be a positive influence in children I care for's lives, providing support and guidance during their formative years.
