About Caroline

Hello!! My profile lists my first name as Caroline due to the background check but I go by my middle name, Blaire! I love working with kids because they help me continue to see the good and what is important, it is a privilege to be let into a child's life and I just hope I am able to make the difference to them as they do me. My mother ran a childcare program out of our home for 30 years, allowing her to stay home with my sisters and I. I started working with kids when I turned 11 and began babysitting for families that were also clients of my mom. From there, I have worked for after school programs, childcare services, and summer camps to name a few places outside the home that I have experience with children. My skills include maintaining/establishing a schedule, organization, and problem solving quickly.
