About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as reliable, kind, and smart. I like working with kids because they have so much curiosity about the world! I love teaching and supporting their exploration. I started working with kids when my family started fostering children when I was a teenager. I have been working professionally with kids for the last five years, in a special needs daycare, as a full-time nanny, in a children's hospital, and as a babysitter. In my spare time, I like to work out, explore the outdoors, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible and open to feedback! I think communication is key with any professional relationship. I strive to be a clear and efficient communicator and love when families share that goal with me. My skills include teaching, working with special needs children and implementing routines, while making them fun and developmentally appropriate. I am CPR and first-aid certified.
