About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as creative, funny, and kind. I like working with children because I am still a kid at heart :) I respect the importance of developing minds and enjoy fostering learning in young ones. I'm looking for a job that is able to put my skills to use; I love to feel like I am truly helping out. I started working with kids when I "outgrew" summer camp, and have done so ever since. I also babysat in high school in addition to my little brother. In my spare time, I like to make crafts and stay active. I am a creative person but I've also played a variety of sports, and am an endorser of being active every day. My skills include patience, organization and communication skills. One thing you should know about me is my family has some medical issues, which has given me exposure to unique circumstances and shaped me for the better. I have arthritis, which has given me a POV as someone living with chronic illness; I also have experience with special needs children.
