Hello! My name is Carolina, I am 21 years old and I love to care for children! I am currently a nanny for a 2 boys, a newly 1-year-old and another that is a year and a half. In total I have 3 years of experience as a nanny and a nanny share. Before becoming a nanny child, I had 10 years of experience working and caring for children. As early as 12, I was apart of an after school program as a mentor for special needs kids and helped them get moving while exercising and having fun! I have years of experience volunteering at former churches and their children's ministries on Sundays, as well as vacation bible schools in the summers. My first job was as a swim teacher, teach students from the ages of 6 months to adults in their 70s! Since then, I've been a babysitter, a leader and intern at a youth group and an assistant preschool teacher for the camp.

Carolina has been the nanny to our 2-year-old for over a year now and it has been such a pleasure to have her in our lives! She is highly prompt & dependable (never called out sick and rarely took personal time off, despite us encouraging her to do so). But, most importantly, she is so fantastic with our son. She is highly engaged and attentive to his needs--he absolutely adores her. She attended every one of his speech therapy sessions with us and actively implemented the lessons to help reach key milestones. Additionally, my husband and I both work from home so it was important that we find someone who could seamlessly integrate into our home. Carolina is super easy-going, follows schedules closely, is flexible, and is generally a lovely, sweet person. We are moving to California, so we are so incredibly sad to say goodbye to her. She is a must-hire!
