Carmen has been such a blessing for our family. We had a bad experience with another in-home daycare, so we came on here looking for someone to come watch our babies at our house. In the process, we found Carmen and decided to try her in-home daycare after meeting her and feeling very comfortable with her. We're so glad we did! We have 18 month old twins, and they've been going to her for a little over 6 months now. They love her and her assistants, and I don't worry about them at all when they're there, which is a huge relief after constantly worry about them at the previous place. Carmen is great at communicating with us through text and at drop off and pick up. She sends us detailed notes about their day (activities, naps, food, diapers, etc.) and the sweetest collages with pictures of them. She follows our requests for schedules, food, and drinks, and she has taught them so much. As a teacher, I appreciate her payment structure. We're able to send them full-time during the school year and have gone down to part-time during breaks and summer. Her flexibility with that helps us a lot during times when I'm not working. We feel so fortunate to have found Carmen and highly recommend her.
