Hello there, my name is Carmen and I have lived in the area all my life. Diverse employment background. I'm currently interested in transitioning from caregiving to meal prep and errands. I love to cook most everything from standards like pot roast, chili, chicken soup to Asian turkey meatballs, hummus from scratch, Thai curries and various stir fry dishes. I have (and can bring) two instant pots, an immersion blender, food processor, large sheet pans with racks, cutting boards and quick chopper. Ideally I would spend 3+ hours in your home getting breakfast (sandwiches/burritos, baked oatmeal, smoothie ingredients in bags, yogurt parfait) and some protein like chicken breast or sirloin steak going. While I'm doing that, I can be pressure cooking a pot roast and a whole chicken, cutting and roasting vegetables etc.
