About Carlyn

I did work in a hospital when I was about 18 years old, and I was a receptionist in a doctor's office for almost two years. I moved to this area about 10 years ago to take care of my ailing mom. I stayed because I knew one day my dad would need to be taken care of as well. They both had different medical problems I've dealt with breast, brain, lung, and prostate cancer, and also with Alzheimer's disease. I understand how upsetting and frustrating this types of situations cause for families. I care about whom I work for and their families as if they were my own. I would also take care of some of their friends who didn't have any family to help them. I would bring them cooked meals and make sure they were getting contact with other people, or just go on a walk with them for some fresh air and exercise.
