Carly came to us at a time of great need and we couldn't be more grateful. I was 3 weeks postpartum and like all new moms, sleep deprived. My husband works a ton and our family lives in Michigan, so had Carly not been there for me, I would've crumbled. From the first interview, we knew we wanted to hire her - she was experienced, CPR certified, trustworthy, and loving with children. She comes from a big family and has been around children and babies her whole life. When the time came for me to sleep-train my baby, Carly helped me with all the stressful steps of the process. Carly is punctual, tidy, creative, trustworthy, loyal, and goes above and beyond. She will forever be a part of our family. Also, a nice perk is that she is very funny and makes me laugh during some of the most difficult times.
