I interviewed Carly over the phone and was pleased with how she conducted herself during the interview. I then booked her for a babysitting job and scheduled a time for her to come meet me and my daughter ahead of time. Several days before she was scheduled to come meet us, I messaged her to confirm. She never messaged me back or said anything, and I never heard from her again. I had to find another sitter for the date she was supposed to watch my daughter. She seemed like a sweet girl, but I was super disappointed in the lack of communication and reliability.
