I am an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), (HHA) and a Dialysis Technician providing round-the-clock health and caregiving services to patients and elderly for the past 12 (12) years with medical cases ranging from Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS, Cancers, Stroke, Frontal lobe dementia, to Dialysis. I perform direct nursing measures and care activities like vital signs monitoring, medicine preparation and ensure that proper and adequate medications are being administered. My responsibilities include but are not limited to providing non-medical in home care like guiding and assisting patients in their personal hygiene such as toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming, the preparation of prescribed meals, companionship, assisting routine daily activities, driving patients around for doctor's appointments.
