I decided to take a break from college to figure out a career path . After coaching a soccer team of 3/4 graders and being a full time nanny for a family member, I realized I enjoy working with children and want to continue exploring the options this path has to offer. I'd describe myself as kind, patient, and open minded. I like working with kids because I appreciate their curiosity for learning new things, their energy, and how they can teach me new things and offer new perspectives that don't occur to me. I'm looking for a job that can have a somewhat consistent schedule and long-term. I started working with kids when my baby cousin was born earlier this year. I became a full time nanny for her and love watching her grow. I began coaching a kids soccer team which has now inspired me to coach kids basketball team. In my spare time, I like to read, play with my animals (1 dog 2 cats), hiking, sports.
