Carisma seems like a sweat young lady, but she wasn't able to make it to the meet and greet that we had scheduled for my son and that was the last available date to do so before child care was needed right after new years. I needed someone dependable and who would of to say it wouldn't happen again if I would have hired her so I moved on with another child care provider who I hope and prey be dependable in the long run.
