Hi there. I am a new mom of 1 looking to switch gears in my life. I am a college graduate and full-spectrum doula in training. I was a caregiver throughout my college career and I value my experience to this day. I'm looking to return to this work until I find my footing into that next phase of my life. I have the most experience with infants and toddlers, but am comfortable with school-aged children. I strive to provide compassionate care for your families, and am flexible in learning your routines and preferences. I'd describe my personality as grounded, compassionate, and kind, who prioritizes play. In my spare time, I like to sit under the sun, meditate, move my body, eat nourishing food, sit by bodies of waters, and spend quality time with my family. My skills are putting to sleep for naps, preparing and feeding food, and spending that intentional time with your children to ensure they feel held and cared for. These simple skills are some of the most valuable to me.
