About Cara

Hello, my name is Cara and I am seeking a part-time nanny position with a family in the Livingston County area. I have always had a great connection with children! I have worked in childcare on and off over the last 10 years and have vast experience with all ages and in various settings. In the last 2 years I have been employed as a full and part time nanny for 2 different families. I am comfortable helping with chores/cleaning up around the house if considered in my pay. I love connecting with children through crafts, games, baking, reading books and adventuring outdoors. My passions include sustainability, hiking, herbal medicine and creating art. Ideally, I am looking for a family whose children would enjoy learning about these things with me, and who loves to get outside as spending time in nature is very important to a healthy lifestyle for me.
