Cammy has cared for our four children, ages 8, 7, 4, and 2, since late June 2011. She did a good job in taking the initiative to introduce special projects for the kids to take part in without ever being asked or prompted. Many times she did more than was asked of her to include light housework and engaging the children in educational activities. Overall, she did a good job and is very respectful; *however*, I wish she would have communicated with us better when it came to terminating her employment. After stating that she would work up until 10/7/2011 (due to an upcoming move), I received a an unexpected *text* message at 10:38PM on a Sunday evening (9/18/2011) stating that she would not be returning at all due to "circumstances" which did failed to explain. She quit through a *text* message without giving my husband or myself adequate time to make further arrangements; it was so late at night that we did not have an opportunity to make other accommodations for the work week. Finally, the kids had developed a good rapport with her and were quite upset about not having an opportunity to even say goodbye.
