Cait was sweet and professional at our first meeting. After interviewing Cait, I scheduled one day a week for her to care for my twin toddlers. Since I have some flexibility with owning a small business and she was in school and had a job, I worked around her schedule. For a few months, Cait was great with my two; they were happy every time I came home. Unfortunately, after returning from holiday, Cait became unreliable when trying to reach her for scheduling. She would respond sometimes, but not always and I couldn't pin down a schedule for her. I assume it is from lack of maturity or job experience but it sure was disappointing!
