About Caitlyn

I have had the privilege of walking alongside so many families through so many different funnels of work. I worked at KinderCare Learning Centers for 5+ years, babysat for friends and family for 8+ years and I worked as a Youth and Children's Ministry Director for two years. I love caring and being a support for families in whatever way possible. I'd describe my personality as fun, kind and warm! I like working with kids because they teach me the beauty of fun. They are so knowledgeable and have a curiosity that really challenges my own way of viewing life. I really appreciate the way children learn and how that informs my everyday. I'm looking for a job that I can walk alongside a family and support them. I also hope to provide a peace of mind that their children are in good hands! In my spare time, I like to go the gym, go to church, hang out with friends, drink lots of coffee, and spend time with my wonderful husband!
