Caitlyn is FANTASTIC! We have been extremely fortunate to have had Caitlyn as our rock star nanny (and part of our family) for almost one year. Caitlyn started working full time for our family when our daughter was 7 months old and now our daughter is a year and a half. Caitlyn is forever ENERGETIC and PLAYFUL with our high-energy, willful child. She knows when to set limits and how to redirect attention. She takes our child on EXCURSIONS to the children's museum, story time, parks, pools and splash pads. Caitlyn cleans up after our toddler (and is helping our toddler learn to clean up after herself!). She is PUNCTUAL and a CONSCIENTIOUS worker. She is also ATTENTIVE to our daughter's needs and LOVING. We appreciate Caitlyn's help and have taken her on business / vacation trips as well as entrusted her with our child for overnights. We can't recommend Caitlyn enough!! :)
