We loved this caregiver for over a year. She became a part of our family. Last summer, she told us she had car trouble out of town, wouldn't be able to make her shift the next day. We said okay, let us know how we could help her. she completely ghosted us. Never a call or text or anything. So disappointing. we trusted her with the most important parts of our lives (our kids) and are appalled she could do something like that. Please beware! Of note, she suddenly dropped another family she was working for a few months before. Told us a story about it as we knew that situation, but the other parent had a very different story.
