About Caitlin

I am not looking for full time right now but will consider it if it's the right fit! My name is Caitlin, I'm 30 and I have been watching children as a babysitter, a full time nanny, and of course, how most of us start, a relative, for 15yrs. I have experience with as young as newborns. Babies are my specialty! I also have experience with multiple children. I encourage fun learning, and have no problem being strict when necessary, and adjusting to your style of parenting, because every kid needs something different! I do get attached to the kids I watch, and will love your children. Most of the children I have watched are now in college or graduating college, and they still keep in touch and the parents do, as well.
