Caitlin has been a great Nanny for us since we relocated to San Diego just under a year ago. She has built a fabulous relationship with our 23 month old daughter and now our newborn son. She is engaging and playful with our toddler while being sweet and observant with our baby boy. She has gone above and beyond being a resource for us while we were going though the final stages of pregnancy when we had no additional family near to support us during our time of delivery. Caitlin now also handles the pressures of caring for two under two with grace and patience. Her open communication style and can-do attitude have been the perfect fit for our household. I would highly recommend her to all!
