All of three of my kids had a great time with Caitlin. She played games with them and kept them entertained so my husband and I could go out on a date. She managed a preschoolers meltdown well (came home in the middle of it) - she was calm and tried to redirect our kiddo's attention. I would definitely recommend her for childcare and hire her again.
