Caitlin no showed with no contact for her first day with us. She committed to coming at 9 AM today. We were counting on her because we had a project on a deadline that had to be completed and we needed child care. Caitlin is now not responding to any of our messages and we were forced to abandon our work commitments to instead unexpectedly care for the kids.
