I am a 23-year-old case manager in the behavioral health field. I have three years of experience with multiple families, many of whom have claimed I am their favorite babysitter. I love encouraging creativity and introducing new games and activities to keep children interested and engaged as they learn. I frequently bring extra activities with me to keep children excited for something new. I also encourage redirection and empathetic tactics when handling frustration or anger with a child. I am willing to multitask, do light housework, and generally help around the house. I can provide structure and professionalism full of heart. I also have a degree in psychology with a special focus in developmental disabilities, so I am confident in skilled working with children and young adults with a variety of special needs, physical, mental, or developmental.
