About Brooklyn

I have been working as a babysitter for longer than I can remember. I am the oldest sibling which meant I was taking care of my little sister from the time she was born. Then taking on countless babysitting jobs for all my parents friends and beyond. I have watched kids in all different age groups, helped them with school, gave them fun crafts and activities, and fostered a safe space for kids to have fun while staying within the boundaries of a home. I have also working with bilingual families and I am partially fluent in Spanish. I love taking care of kids and seeing how they all have such unique and fun personalities but learning how kids also crave structure and routine. In my many years of babysitting I've learned how to communicate effectively with both kids and parents and learned how to make sure I am a responsible and compassionate caretaker for their kids.
