I have not had that much experience with senior care, but I do take care of my grandma every once in awhile. She is pretty independent for the most part, but there are days she forgets how to do certain tasks and it is hard for her to breathe and stand for awhile. I do go grocery shopping for her every so often and I help bathe her when it's necessary.
