About Brooke

I am a current Kinder, 1st and 2nd grade teacher. Prior to teaching I was a camp supervisor, a before/after school supervisor and had experience nannying/babysitting. I love working with children and engaging in activities and games with them. Seeing them have fun, learn and grow is something I cherish deeply! I'd describe my personality as calm, patient, and positive. I like working with kids because it reminds me not to take the little things in life for granted or taking everything so seriously. They remind me to have fun! I started working with kids when I was a pre-teen helping in church programs and volunteering with Girl Scouts. I took paid positions when I was in college and then went into teaching! In my spare time, I like to read! It is one of my favorite things to do when I have time. Otherwise I might be watching a feel good show or outside on a walk.
