About Brooke

I'd describe my personality as calm, creative and caring. I like working with kids because working with the next generation is vital to the success of our world, and the people caring for these children need to be well versed individuals in the childcare world. I know that through my experience, I can be a wonderful presence in your child's life. I started working with kids when I was 14. I am a senior music therapy major at Belmont University. Through my education, I have taken several classes in child development and psychology. I have nannying and general baby-sitting experience. Recently, I have worked at Guidepost Montessori, a Montessori school, for a year with children from 18 weeks to 18 months. I am CPR certified, and I have basic early childhood sign language skills (ASL). I am going to be starting a music therapy internship in December of 2024 to complete my degree. I will be working generally with neurodivergent children and adolescents.
