This young lady worked for us about 1.5 years. We were pleased with her work... until we weren't. Her work became poorer and poorer quality then she just disappeared, no explanation or plan, no responding to phone calls. Finally got a hold of her, "oh, sorry" She started a cleaning business and just disregarded us. BUYER BEWARE
