About Brittany

I'm a Registered Play Therapist and I'm a mom. I love my job working with children & I wanted to be with my own son more. The way children view the world and inquire about every detail leaves me in awe. I'm looking for a job that allows me the opportunity to be with my own child too where I can see kids be kids. I want to learn what your child loves to do, what makes them smile. I started working with kids when I was in high school as a baby sitter. I worked in a group home before starting graduate school. While there, I worked as a nanny. I'm an RPT and LPC so while I fully understand & emphasize that I would not be your child's therapist, I do have unique training on child development and their emotional capacity at each stage. I am looking for jobs that allow me to bring my son along. I'm a believer in child led play, encouraging children to use their imaginations, and sometimes getting messy!! (Slime is a fan favorite in my own house lately).
