Brinley was our nanny from 2020 to 2022. She was an incredible nanny! Our kids loved her, and they had every reason to. She often brought activities, games, and crafts for them to do. She learned all of my children's interests and planned according to them. She often took our kids to parks, splash pads, and museums. I feel like she was truly invested in my children's happiness. I work from home, and I never heard her raise her voice once. When I first interviewed her, I asked how she approached discipline, and she told me she adopted whatever the parents' implemented and wanted for their kids. And that's exactly what she did. She is gentle, loving, kind, optimistic, and also delightfully fun. The only reason we're losing her is because she has started her student teaching, and her schedule is no longer compatible with ours. Or else we wouldn't let her go! In case its helpful, my children's ages were newborn, 2, and 4 when she started and 1.5, 4, and 6 when she ended.
