To Whom it May Concern: I have known Bridget for about 1 year since he started as a para- professional in my ABA classroom. She works well with the staff as well as the students. She works full-time and is trained and supervised by myself in Applied Behavior Analysis. In all my years of teaching, I have had the opportunity to work with many para professionals in this field. Bridget is proactive and thinks creatively when coming up with good ideas in finding out where the problems are and modifying the current teaching methods. Bridget also has excellent written communication skills. She is responsible for graphing the students programs and keeps neat and accurate records.
