About Bridget

Hello, I am Bridget. I was born and raised in Downers Grove, and recently just moved back to Illinois from Denver, Colorado. I obtained a Bachelor's in Special Education from the University of Missouri in 2018. Currently have active teaching licenses for Special Education and Elementary Education in Missouri and Colorado. Over the past 2 years, I have been teaching at a title one middle school in the Northern Suburbs of Denver as a special education teacher for students with mild/moderate disabilities. having a K-12, and Multicultural Studies Certificate from the University of Missouri. I am passionate in providing a comfortable one-on-one setting for teens/adults who experience unique challenges in developing executive functioning skills, basic life skills, and/or social skills through using a holistic approach to instruction. I also incorporate lessons curated to the mastery of using technology successfully to promote independence in everyday tasks
