It is my privilege to recommend Bri M. I could not have asked for more capable, compassionate care for my parents. Bri cared for both my mom and dad until my dad passed at age 100 in December 2020 and my mom passed in April 2023. My mom passed from Alzheimer’s and Bri cared for her through her final years. Bri cared for my parents and was also responsible for managing the other CNA’s and liaising with hospice. She is an excellent manager. Her communication is excellent. She was proactive in letting us and hospice know of any potential problems. She worked closely with hospice to manage my mom’s medications and make sure everything was being done to keep her comfortable and to provide the best possible care. She ordered prescription refills and medical supplies. She handled interviewing and hiring of the other CNA’s. She trained the other CNA’s and made sure they were all kept up to date on any new developments or changes in care. She managed the CNA scheduling and made sure any absences were covered. My sisters and I live out of state so Bri also managed the household, planning meals and grocery lists and cooking, planning and executing a chore list, and informing us of any household maintenance issues. Bri is very dependable and that gave us so much peace of mind when one of could not be there. Bri went above and beyond in caring for my parents and their home. She became a part of our family. We were beyond blessed to have her and any other family would be fortunate to have her.
