Hardworking I like to know im making a positive impact on my residents, I like to remind them that just because they need the extra assistance, doesn't mean they are broken To know I'm making a difference to the individual I am taking care of. 4. 13. 22- present I'm Open minded, love to help others and willing to try and learn new things out of my comfort zone. I take my job very seriously and give my 100% from the minute I start to the minute I end 1. I can do colostomy bags/catheter bags 2. I'm good with individuals that have dementia/ Parkinson disease 3. Eye for detail example ( a scab, a old or new bruise, out of date dressing)
