Hi, my name is Briana, and I am a military wife looking for a nanny position to gain experience. I am working towards a postpartum Doula certification and would love to work with babies 0-11 months. My skills include communicating well with children, including those that cannot speak, problem solving in difficult situations such as tantrums, boredom, sibling arguments, etc., and creativity. I have nannied and babysat frequently for the last 5 years. I love working with children because there is so much we can learn from them. They exhibit a wonder for the world and so much acceptance of things that I think we lose as adults. I enjoy crafting and teaching children through different mediums such as going outside, baking, and creating. My goal is to become more familiar with the 0-11 months age development so that I can better assist my future clients as a Doula.

Briana was absolutely amazing to my boys. She helped take care of my then 3 year old and one year old son. She was always on time! I gave her a schedule and she followed it thoroughly. She did not sit on her phone while caring for the boys. She gave them her undivided attention. I always felt comfortable leaving them in her care. We were going through a rough time and she helped with the boys transition. She would give me a full report at the end of the day and never hesitated to call if there were any concerns which I loved! We were really sad when she had to leave us and relocate. I did tell her that if she ever moved back that I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Nothing is more important than knowing your kids are safe, well taken care of and are the priority when leaving them with a care taker and with Briana you will definitely be getting that!
