I'd describe my personality as friendly, loyal, and reliable. I like caring for people with special needs because it gives me a greater purpose, there is no better feeling than building strong rapport, where the individual feels that they can trust and depend on you. I'm looking for a job that offers great communication and transparency. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in high school. I have a step-sister on the autism spectrum and grew up alongside her. Since then, I have become a Behavior Technician, specializing in autism and related behaviors to the spectrum. In my spare time, I like to hike and hang out with my dog. I'm currently still enrolled in college and working towards my bachelor's.
