I worked with Kyle at a special needs school for kids with severe non-preferred behaviors for over a year, in that time we became very good friends. Kyle was one of those people who has a unique talent for working with kids. He once helped me babysit my little sister, and spent over three hours playing the emergency vet/ horse/ pilot in my sister's made up world. His energy and dedication to his work really show because it is pertinent to him that he really does his absolute best at everything. If you are looking for someone to help take care of someone you care about, I could not suggest Kyle more highly.
