About Brenna

Hey there, I'm Brenna! I currently work as a substitute teacher, and in the past I have babysat, tutored and worked at summer camp. I'm caring and want to be attentive to every child's needs and work with families to make sure they get the most out of my service. I've also owned dogs and cats most of my life and am comfortable caring for them. I'd describe my personality as curious, kind and brave. I like working with kids because they always want to know why the world works the way it does, and that kind of curiosity is what helps us grow in life. I started working with kids after college, when I began tutoring and babysitting. In 2022 I became a substitute teacher. In my spare time, I like to play music, read, write and bike. One thing you should know about me is I can read Latin (though I'm a little rusty). My skills include teaching, supervising play and encouraging good behavior through positive reinforcement.
